RETURN POLICY

Based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, underwear products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged for hygiene and health reasons.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, in order to request a refund, your product must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can correct the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship the refund.
